Mallory and Jake’s November wedding embraced a palette of soft neutrals and rich greens, creating a celebration that felt both refined and inviting. Beneath a glowing tent filled with warm light and layered textures, thoughtful design choices transformed the space into an atmosphere that was elegant without ever feeling overdone.
From custom bar elements to comfortable lounge seating, each rental piece played a role in shaping the overall experience for guests.
A Custom Bar Moment
One of the standout design elements of the evening was the Customizable Oval Bar with Trim, which served as a natural gathering point throughout the reception. With its clean lines and tailored details, the bar anchored the space while maintaining the elevated yet welcoming feel of the event.
Behind the bar, the Customizable Statement Shelving painted in a gorgeous deep green hue added dimension and visual interest. Styled with glassware and décor, the shelving created a layered backdrop that complemented the surrounding design while providing a functional service area for the evening.
Elevated Seating and Lounge Spaces
The reception design balanced structured dining with comfortable lounge moments that encouraged guests to relax and connect.
At the dining tables, the Willamette Chairs brought warmth and elegance to the overall tablescape. Nearby lounge spaces featured a curated mix of the Camilla Sofa, Linden Cane Back Sofa, and Stanley Chairs, paired with a Natural Round Wooden End Table to create inviting conversation areas throughout the tent.
These thoughtfully placed seating areas helped soften the space while giving guests places to gather between dancing and dining.
Layered Design Details
Architectural accents helped guide the design and highlight key areas of the celebration. White Wilhelm Pedestals in both 16″ and 32″ heights framed floral arrangements and signage, adding height and visual structure throughout the space.
Above the reception area, Medium Rattan Chandeliers introduced eye-catching texture to the tented ceiling. The natural materials complemented the organic color palette while enhancing the soft glow of the evening lighting.
