Sarah was the dream client – she came to use and knew exactly what she wanted and was so clear on her vision. And that vision was absolute vintage romance. With her designer and planner, Elle Loren & Co, this was the dream wedding to be a part of! We are so thankful for clients and vendors like these that even though the weather did not want to play nice, the couple’s vision was pulled off against all odds! Guests entered the historic property and were greeted by this lovely fabric ceremony sign displayed on the Small Copper Truss.
The Virginia House is such a hidden gem within Richmond, VA tucked away in such a private setting in the heart of the city. The couple had their intimate ceremony overlooking the gardens with the Oak Church Pews.
There ceremony aisle was vintage overlapping rugs with family sitting on the Oak Church Pews under a clear top canopy.
After the ceremony, guests walked over to cocktail hour on the terrace where they could grab cocktails from the Half Round Estate Bar with customizations of wallpaper inside the trim detail. The back bar for glassware was made up of the Tabletop Shelving Duo.
Guests enjoyed vintage soft seating around the dance floor and cocktail hour all evening which the bride picked out thoughtfully. This lounge below consisted of the neutral linen sofa paired with the green velvet Glenwood Chairs with accents with assorted pillows and rugs.

Inside the home, there was another lounge area for guests to enjoy with the Greenwood Sofa paired with the Linden Square Back Chairs.
As guests entered the reception tent for dinner, they found their assigned seat on the guest seating chart displayed on the Freestanding 8′ White Walls with a customization of wallpaper inside the interior trim with vinyl lettering at the top of the walls.
We love these little touches of detail like the decor elements on the Brass & Glass Bar Cart.
Now to this gorgeous reception design! Guests sat at the James Chairs with Neutral Round Cushions under a canopy of chandeliers and florals!
Obsessed with the moody contrast of the dark green velvet linens with the dark wood stain of the James Chairs!
