With the ridiculously warm weather we’ve had in RVA lately it’s hard to believe it’s the middle of December! There is something special about cuddling up in warm blankets, sipping on hot cider and watching the snow fall, but we also think rocking short sleeves and flip flops in the Christmas Tree lot is pretty awesome too. Luckily, right now we can have the best of both worlds! A recent feature from our friends at Tidewater and Tulle whisks us away to a snowy winter wonderland! The wedding world can be seen as a sunshine and summer kinda place, but one glimpse at these gorgeous images by Mary Otanez Photography and you just might flip the script on your summer wedding dreams! This stylized photoshoot could have you trading your toes in the sand ceremony for a fairytale day of frolicking in a forest of freshly fallen snow! And did we mention there could be an adorable bulldog with a floral collar frolicking right along side you? Yeah. Doesn’t get much cuter. But back to business! We absolutely love this shoot and how LK Events & Design created such an enchanting atmosphere utilizing the lovely Virginia landscape. Our gray dining room table is styled to perfection with silver and plaid details. We also love the combination of our Hellenwood and Bentwood chairs and our glass and wicker cake stand is a perfect fit for this snowy style. The lush green florals by Petals and Twigs are simply stunning! It’s just plain pretty you guys. When it comes to dreamy weddings, Winter is where it’s at!
