Team P&J looks forward to attending the NACEYs each year and supporting the Richmond NACE (National Association for Catering & Events) Chapter! We were thrilled to be able to play host as the 2021 NACEYs was broadcasted live from our P&J Showroom! Can you tell the theme from this year?

If you are a devoted Friends fan, then you should recognize this famous lounge setup. That’s right, we turned our showroom into Central Perk! Our new Rexburg couch was the perfect nod to the iconic TV Show paired along with the newly upholstered Ocala and leather Carlisle Chairs.

This lounge was the perfect setting for the Friends (aka the 2021 NACEYs Committee) to live stream the event as attendees watched along from the comfort of their couch at home! We love how the Atwood Rug tied the entire set together! We even added in Aperture Cocktail Tables and Barstools to complete the Central Perk Coffee Shop vibe!

Thanks to Richmond Virginia Audio Visual, there were THREE different sets between our showrooms that were used as backdrops throughout the event. The Central Perk lounge was just one! Our White & Acrylic Display Walls and (brand new!) White Arched Display Wall made the perfect background for the awards presentation.

The best part about the new White Arched Display Wall is that you can add some #pandjlettering in the center frame! We love how all of the acrylic components from the display wall shelves, award frames, and podium are tied together!

Does the gold frame look familiar? Our Hedge Walls, Gold Frame, and Gold Buffet were used to create a backdrop for the final set. This subtle nod to Rachel & Monica’s apartment door with the yellow frame was fun to create! RVAV would cut to this set during the event so that the NACEYs Committee could announce raffle winners. Our very own #pandjpeeps, Morgan & Jamie, were both lucky winners!!!

We didn’t just have a lounge set up in our showroom through. Two VIP watch parties happened at off-site locations and they both got their own Central Perk lounge! We loved being able to showcase our new Belmont Sofa for this VIP watch party!

The Tallahassee was a fun pop of color alongside the Barrington Chairs. Of course, the lounge was tied together again by another amazing P&J rug, the Austen! And you cannot have a lounge without a coffee table. The Ball and Claw Coffee Table is a fan favorite!

We love the warm hues from the Barrington Chairs, Tallahassee, and cocktail table linens!
