We love seeing how our creative partners and clients utilize our #pandjpretties at their events, & we’re always excited to see pieces used in new and unexpected ways!!  One thing that we often get asked by clients is if they can use their rentals for multiple purposes at their event, and the answer is a resounding YES!  We know that renting specialty items like backdrops, bars, lounges and arbors can be a big investment for a celebration, so getting the most mileage out of them is important!  We thought we’d take some time on the blog today and showcase a couple different ways our clients have repurposed their rentals throughout their events!

Ceremony Arbor turned Cake Display

For this wedding at a private residence, Amy Marie Events covered our Round Arbor in florals for a stunning ceremony backdrop.  Following the vows, the arbor was moved to the reception space, where it was used to frame the cake!

Ceremony Arbor turned Portrait Backdrop

This Baltimore Inner Harbor wedding already had an amazing view, so Moore & Co used our Hawkins Arbor to help define the space without taking away any of the sights!  Following the ceremony, Love to the Core Photography used this space for family formals, and even grabbed the newlyweds later on for some sunset portraits with their ceremony arbor as the backdrop!

Ceremony Arbor turned Sweetheart Table Backdrop

For this Seven Springs celebration, our Round Arbor, decked out by Photosynthesis Florals, was moved from the ceremony to the reception to serve as a backdrop behind the sweetheart table!  These newlyweds got to enjoy their arbor all through the evening, and it provided a great backdrop for photos by Shannon Hennessey Photography!

Lounge Furniture turned Portrait Backdrop

For this Alturia Farm wedding, we provided a gorgeous outdoor lounge for guests to enjoy.  But before they could get to that, Kate Supa Photography grabbed the wedding party and used it for a “Vanity Fair”-style portrait shoot!  She even snuck in a few portraits of the newlyweds as well!

We love when our photography friends think about how they can use our #pandjpretties to create lasting memories!  At this Science Museum of Virginia wedding with Glint Events, Alex C Tenser Photography used pieces of this lounge to create stunning “studio-style” portraits with her couple!

We hope this helped you think of ways you could repurpose rentals at your event!  The more #pandjpretties, the merrier, right???
