We are pleased to announce Chrissy & Travis’ lovely wedding at the historic Tredegar Iron Works on the north bank of the James River. This charming wedding was captured by Tara Liebeck Photography. Catering for the gorgeous event was provided by Simmer RVA.
Chrissy and Travis were married in front of the venue’s famous doorway, which was complemented by a rustic wine/whiskey barrel topped with unity candles and a bronze lantern. Guests were seated in church pews and white pine benches to view the ceremony and the aisle was lined with bronze lanterns.
Guests were able to drop off gifts on the mint sideboard, which was accompanied by a wooden easel welcoming guests to the reception. At the reception the newlyweds and their guests were seated in eclectic mismatched wooden chairs, libations were housed in industrial shelving behind a barrel bar & the beers were self-serve from the Edisto rowboat. Guests were offered sweet treats on the chalkboard vanity at the end of the evening!
Family photos of the Bride and Groom were displayed on the white farm table & Guests were encouraged to take polaroid photos of themselves posing behind the oversized frame, and then hang the polaroids in a photo display area created with string strung across two large white ladders. Enjoy these images of Chrissy & Travis’s amazing evening!
