Whether you’re working with a tight timeline or a flexible venue, we offer three levels of service to meet your needs:
Standard Service
Install/retrieve within 48 hours before or after your event.
Best for: Private venues or clients comfortable finalizing the timeline closer to the event .
Priority Service
Install/retrieve during a specific 4-hour window within that 48-hour block.
Best for: Clients who want timing confirmed at booking, or venues with stricter rules.
Specialized Service
Install/retrieve at your exact requested time.
Best for: Larger productions or venues with narrow load-in/load out windows.
Want to mix and match? No problem—we’re flexible.
What’s the Cost?
Fees vary based on your location, order size, items selected, and service level. Starting rates:
- Richmond: $150
- Charlottesville: $400
- Northern VA & DC: $600
